Timothy N. Tierney
Owner/Operator

Tim is one of the three nationally certified TRAA level 3 heavy-duty recovery specialists in New England. In 1997, the Statewide Towing Association honored Tim with the "Tow Professional of the Year" Award. He is a 6/7 Wreckmaster, as well as certified in air cushion recovery and hazmat recovery.

Tim lives in Erving with his wife of 18 years, Pam, and their four children: Jayson, Emily, T.J. and Vanessa.

Tom Kurtyka
Service Manager

Tom is Wreckmaster 6/7 certified. He is a Massachusetts certified Damage Appraiser. Tom supervises the daily operations of the business, handling both sales and service.

Donna Tierney
Office Manager/Dispatcher

In addition to handling the accounting and dispatching for Rose Ledge, Donna has been associated with the family business as daughter of the late founder, George C. Tierney, and sister of Tim.

Jayson Luippold
Body Shop Repairman

Jayson works on our body shop team, specializing in the paint shop preparation. Jayson is also a member of the National Guard Reserves.

Joe Kendrick
Mechanical Shop – Lead Mechanic

Joe specializes in the mechanical repair department, performing repairs on medium and heavy duty trucks.

Bill Wong
Welding Shop Foreman

Bill has been with the company since 1987. Instrumental in the fabrication of Rose Ledge custom towing equipment, Bill is also a Wreckmaster 4/5 certified Operator.

Jay Blier
Road Service Specialist

Along with his duties as Road Service Specialist, Jay also serves as a Mechanical Repairman as well as being a Wreckmaster 4/5 certified Operator.

George Carner
Maintenance and Support

George is the original "Jack of all trades." He assists in wreck scene clean-up, parts pick-ups, truck deliveries, and just about any odd job we have, in support of our service department.

Tom Kurtyka, Sr.
Wrecker Operator/Support Person, Part-time

Tom Sr., affectionately known as "S-R," is a valuable staff member who fills in the gaps for the company. He picks up parts, handles wrecker call overflow, administrative needs, and assists the company in just about every area as needed.
